Information we collect
We collect information you submit (name, work email, company, phone, message content) via contact and demo forms; technical logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) needed to secure and improve the site; and, for customers, account and usage data defined in your service agreement — which may include session metadata, configuration, and support tickets.
How we use information
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, provide and improve products, secure our systems, comply with law, and — with consent or as otherwise permitted — send relevant product updates. We do not sell personal information.
Customer media and biometrics
For products such as Video KYC, Proctor AI, or vision modules, audio, video, images, and derived signals are processed under the customer’s instructions and agreement. Retention, residency (including on-premise options), and deletion follow that contract and applicable regulation (for example RBI V-CIP evidence rules). We do not use customer session media to train public models unless a written agreement expressly allows it.
Sharing
We share data with subprocessors who help host, email, or analyze services under confidentiality obligations; with affiliates (including BioEnable) when needed to deliver your request; and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. International transfers use appropriate safeguards.
Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where applicable (including AES-256 for sensitive media in product contexts), access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; report concerns to sales@visive.ai.
Retention
Marketing inquiries are retained as needed to complete the conversation and for legitimate business records. Product data retention is governed by the customer agreement and regulatory requirements; default marketing analytics logs are kept only as long as useful for security and performance.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR where applicable), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact sales@visive.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use essential cookies for site function and optional analytics cookies where enabled. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Children
Our marketing site is not directed to children under 16. Product deployments that involve minors (for example exam proctoring) are operated by institutional customers under their policies.
